One I barely remember from my distant childhood.
The week before that, a politician I respected, although I disagreed more than I agreed with him.
A month ago, my father.
I’ve been blessed with a good long life.
There are pros and cons to everything.
The reality is you don’t get to be old
without experiencing grief.
Live long and witness death,
or live less and be sentenced to it.
