Desert Dweller

There’s a T-shirt that says
“God loves you”—
that’s it.

What it doesn’t say is
God will allow you to grow old,
to suffer physical and emotional pain,
that there will be disease, wars and famine,
earthquakes, hurricanes, and tsunamis.

Is this how God shows love?
At least Lucifer is honest about his nature.
