My life is like taking a trip on a spiraling track from birth to death. Window seat on a train, not knowing which line I’m on, or when to get off. I don’t know where I’m headed, only that I’ve travelled part of a long odyssey.
Present events have no value until tomorrow. My future will have no meaning until I reach the destination and peer backwards.
Only through hindsight, will I recognize the wisdom in my chosen path. Only when it is complete, will I understand why I made the journey.
In the meantime, I see scenery passing outside the train window. I observe, learn and appreciate, grateful for the opportunity.
